Thanks To My Teacher is a modern movement to rediscover an old, but sadly diminished, tradition of respect for Teachers.

At the very core of our initiative is this irony:

As a society, we have strayed from our long cultural tradition of respecting teachers.

Yet as individuals, so very many of us cherish the memory of a teacher who made a positive difference in our life.

We believe the key to helping society rediscover respect for teachers lies in the cumulative power of our many individual memories of – and thanks to – teachers who made a difference in our lives.

By collecting many, many individual memories of teachers who made a difference in someone's life, by molding those memories into a powerful grass roots force, and by pro-actively applying that force, we will help society rediscover our lost tradition of respect for teachers.

Tell me more.
